I've tried changing the window mode and re-downloading my directX.

I think your graphics chip is onboard and probably wont be able to play this game due to its requirements.
Try upgrading your video card, doent need to be anything flash.

No its not onboard actually I can't remember its exact name but I was able to play World of Warcraft with it perfectly. I upgraded the onboard card to this card.

That specific model of the FireGL card is equivalent to a gamer ATI Radeon 9600, but since it's a workstation card meant for graphic applications it's not meant for gaming on a gaming engine that's only 1-2 years old. Been reading up on a lot of problems with this card though some games and my best bet for you is to either update your video card drivers or get a new card.

Well, thanks for the help, guess I'm stuck playing playing the bad free MMO's until I get some money saved up. Really wanted to try your game but thanks for the info.
