Default P/K HP and Mana

So I rolled P/K using a Fruit of Forgetting and I'm loving the extra mana you get for free compared to P/M (with Devotion from knight general and Enhanced GoL). but this got me wondering: "well, I've been trying to hit a 10k mana pool on P/M and now i get about 1500 more for free, so what do I do when i get there?"

Seriously, I'm a noob on the P/K and once you guys hit 10k mana, do most of you just stack full stam or throw in some Int and Mag Atk to help with dailies? Also, you technically wont need as much stam as a P/M would need because you get more from knight and get more defence from EA, so basically I have a choice as I see it to just keep stacking Stam and Wisdom till im out of slots, or hit some sort of cap that P/K's try and hit for HP and Mana then go Int and Mag Atk. Am I far off in my thinking?

I'm at like 9.8k mana right now so like one more Purity X (+40 wis) and I'm good to go. Thanks much.

Well I did the same thing recently and i'm in the same boat. I'm probably going to keep some of my old P/M gear that had some good stats on it, then add some more Illumine VI's to help with dailies as the sixth stat on my new gear.

But if you don't already have any of it to begin with it you can't get any of it to get started which means you really have no idea how to get it in the first place do you? The point is, if you've never had any of it, ever, people just seem to know.

tbh, you really shouldn't be stating w/ int/matt. imo, p/k are meant to do 2 things. heal and heal tank. so in those cases, you really only need to mod wis and stam. and honestly, killing w/ a p/k takes ages. having only 3 real attacks in our arsenal gets soooooooo old. so if you were wanting to kill stuff, you chose wrong class combo. and if you actually rolled against a mage on int/matt mods, at least in my guild i'd prob be hit w/ the banhammer.

and no way in hell a p/k would outdps a r/s. either that r/s is naked or... no nothing would even remotely come close. check those numbers again.

Default Secondary class

Can you ever change your secondary class? I am a Priest/Mage, and just realized that it would be much more effecient if i was a Priest/Knight. Just saying. If not, I am going to start over while im only lvl 21/19 Sucks though, been playin for a week, thought i had it down! Please let me know.

Um, yes u can switch your secondary with a Cash Shop item called the fruit of forgetting, but it costs 199 dias regularly. at 21/19, you may have not really played your class enough to really know if u like it, dislike it, or if you will want to go P/K. I would keep your P/M, but roll a P/K too if your just not sure. if your adament that your gonna full-out heal in endgame, P/K is probably the best choice. but keep in mind that P/K levels excrutiatingly slowly, so if you dont think youll like that then you may not like P/K. But, luckily, you havent really gotten to that level yet where it would be a waste of time to reroll. if you were like 50/50 or something then that would not be a good idea and you took a really long time to realize you dont like your class. If I were u, i would just keep on testing the classes to see where your comfortable. heres a little tip, save yourself some time and don't test a P/W, they BLOW compared to the other class combos. P/S and P/M are good dmg, P/K is healing/ heal tank, and P/R are good for their magic crit buff, but are the least appealing of that group IMO. It gets a lot more fun when you have a class that you think is awesome and fun. It also doesnt hurt to have a class that is actually awesome when you compare it to other classes

I really don't see the need to stack that much Wisdom, and P/K's don't require much more than 12K HP since they're fairly durable. Going beyond that is overkill and a waste of stats IMO. So yeah I'd put a priority on Stam and Wisdom, but if you're able to hit 12k HP and 10K mana, I don't see anything wrong with adding some Int to help with doing dailies.

Explain to me how this P/K can out DPS this R/S. I'm calling suspect.gif on this one.

On paper the potential for DPS isnt there. So its either a heavily attack geared P/K (possibly over geared compared to the R/S) or a vastly under geared/ill played R/S.

Rogues are the top DPS class at endgame. R/S among the very top. In fact, that's all the R/S is-- massive DPS. P/K is almost the complete opposite of that.

I seen the best P/Ks out tank plate wearers and even hold (heal) aggro above the party (or raid!). Never seen anything resembling R/S level DPS.

well, seeing as Trial VII (41 wis/int) is like the new savant V of HoTo, as it drops off of a good number of the mage and priest set pieces, i could see my self getting 1200 int or more with one per piece and my new Source of Life Hood that gives 111 int and 54 wis built in to the piece when +6'ed and hammered. but first i gotta get Dedication VII to drop, 10 runs in a row and no luck yet
