They're used to give your Arcane Transmutor charges, i don't remember exactly where you do it ( Varanas ? ) since i have never done it yet.

It's really useful. Let's say you have a set for your secondary class that you can switch to. Click on that Mannequin and it completely switches without swapping all the armor out (keep in mind you have to put the desired pieces onto the mannequin first).
