Patch Notes 2.1.2.1938 - Storming of the Acropolis

New content / Features

• Elven classes lv 15 and lv 20 elite skills have been added.
• Aotulia Vulcano: Naga Acropolis Elite District added.
  • As the name already suggests, this area is not meant to be for inexperienced players or to be mastered alone!
• Halloween Festival Event added
• Titles: 32 new quest titles have been added to quest in all zones including Main Quest and Epic Quest Lines.
• New recipes and materials for boss monster furniture added.
• Party loot system changed.
• Now [Free for all], [Master looter], [Dice loot] are available:
  • Free for all: All loot is free for all.
  • Master looter: Uncommon loot is distributed by the leader remaining loot is distributed by rotation looting.
  • Rotation looting item: If a loot interface has been opened once without all loot obtained by the owner, the remaining loot became free for all.
• New party functions added: Roll dice by using chat command "/roll"
• Stuck preventoin option added to main menu (ESC) which will transport the player to the next revival point.
• Settings option added to the login interface to let players adjust their game settings before login.
• Added arrangement functions to guild interface and hiding functions for offline members.

Changes

• XP rewards for daily quests in Savage Lands and Aotulia Volcano have been increased.
• Epic quest line "Bloddy Demon Blade": Mr. Pumpkin Head Justin will now receive a permanent Master Key after the player has finished the quest "Make a Key". If the player loses an already unlocked chest during the quest "Treasure Hunt - Stage 2", a new locked chest can be brought to Justin.
• Item "Logar Champion Robe" has now 2 attributes.
• Item "Logar Skeleton" can now only be looted by a player that have been in the monster's aggro table.
• Item "Black Blood Merchants' Account Book" can now only be looted by a player that has been in the monster's aggro table.
• Level requirements for tutorial quests have been lowered to lvl 1. This affect following quests:
  • "Golden Statue Auction"
  • "Golden Statue Letter"
  • "Return of the Golden Statue"
  • "House Angel"
  • "Registering Your Transport Portal"
• Quest "Regular Report on Pioneers Colony": XP reward by 25%.
• Quest "Emergency Letter Delivery": Only player that have recived the quest will be able to see quest NPC Louie August in Ystra Highlands.
• Map will now also show raid members, not only party members.
• Game interface: Tool tips showing basic information added to target's portrait, target of target's portrait, party frame and raid frame.
• Warden: Pets now suffer 80% less AOE damage.
• Warrior/Priest lv 45 elite skill "Morale Boost": If twi Warrior/Priest players use different "Berserk" skill it levels the first "Morale Boost", effect will not be overwritten by the second one anymore.
• Mage/Rogue lv 50 elite skill "Gift of the Baron": Changed from "increasing critical hit rate and damage of the next two magical spells' to damage for the next magical text".
• Druid skill "Savage Blessing": Effect duration increased from 5 minutes to 30 minutes.
• All out-door house manager can now change classes.
• "Hall of Survivors" costume changed:
  • "Fury Battke Wear" pieces increased from 4 to 5 (added "Destruction Heavy Boot")
  • "Giant Fist Battle Suit" pieces increased from 4 to 5 (added "Giant Fist Boot")
  • "Bloody Attire" pieces increased from 4 to 5 (added "Bloody Pants")
  • "Ormaments of the Void" piecs increased from 4 to 5 (added "Void Diadem")
  • "Hunting Dress of the Goddess" pieces increased from 4 to 5 (added "Goddess Shoulder Guards")
• Quest track interface: tool tips separator bar changed to icon.
• Players that log in for the first time who have no saved game data on their computer will recive a display setup message.
• Crafting will now stop when required materials become insufficient and an error message will be shown.

Fixed Issues

• "Grey Rhinoceros Mount" and "Grassland Rhinoceros Mount": Summoning bug fixed.
• Summoning a "Transport Dragonfang Ice Beast Mount" will not show the words "Juice Transport Dragonfang Ice Beast" in the middle of the screen any more.
• Quest "Craft Center": Fixed a wrong quest texts that says to turn right, while it is actually turn left.
• Quest "Domatag's Friends": Description of the box position fixed.
• Instance "Hall of Survivors": Fixed error message during Mantarick's enrage.
• Fixed problems with too long strings in the guild flag setup interface.
• Fixed a problem concerning memory error crashes.
• Fixed a bug caused by different display and game resolution, as well as windowed mode.
• Fixed bug that let player sink into the ground when leaving their residence in Varanas.
• Fixed display problems of merged equipment on the mannequin in the residence.
• Fixed display problem that drag an item from backpack into not yet rented bank storage space would automatically result in a log-out.
• Fixed the problem that allowed players to put items from treasure chests into not yet rented backpack spaces.
• Fixed the problem that Silver Snow Gloves and Silver Snow Cloak got deformed when using a mount.

Misc.

• Arcane Transmutor: Sound effect added.
• New sound effects for Mining, Herbalism and Woodcutting added.
• Sound effects added for moving items from bank and house storage into the backpack.
• Camera angle changed for new characters first time logging into the game.
• Camera angle position will be saved when leaving the game.
• If during finishing a quest a required quest item is in the bank, a message screen will show up.

Currently Runewaker is working to resolve a US game server issue. The game servers will be down until this is resolved. We will keep everyone updated as we have more information to release.

Due to higher amount of traffic on the patch server, you may experience errors during the patching
process.

If you experience issues during patching, delete the partially downloaded patch file. Then
we recommend downloading the 1910-1916 patch manually (please make sure it's in the game directory), apply the patch and then the client should update automatically.
