    Default Frogster Diamonds

    Frogster has the worst customer service i've experienced in any game. I Paid for diamonds over a week ago and have not yet received them yet. i have submitted two tickets about it already, and i've only gotten one real response about it so far just asking for more information. i have not received any info about what is being done about the problem. I now no longer have any bag space, bank space, or inventory space for that matter, can't use any of my foods or potions, so i literally cant do anything in game anymore since i have no access to any of the stuff required to run instances. i cant even buy diamonds since they blocked me from buying any till this problem is solved. this has been such an inconvenience to me that its hardly worth even logging in anymore. it's really starting to piss me off at the lack of communication this game has. there is no live support function, and they dont even respond to their tickets. Frogster is the worst gaming company out there, and its really making me consider quitting this game and moving on to a company that actually cares about its player base.

    There has to be a Logical reason.
    Each time you re-submit a ticket, the process starts over again. Did the email you received have any instructions with it?
    If you PM me with a ticket number I will try to inquire about it. We do take each matter very seriously and are attentive to each issue so lets go to step one please. Let me know about what your initial email said and a the initial ticket number please.
