combat and targeting

Is there a way to change the targeting system that is legal and better than tab targeting I frequently target things that i think should be much lower in priority when really I just want to hit strongest first as well as any changes I can make to improve my combat experience seeing as I want any help I can get

I am not sure if level types can be selected through the macro system.

However, you can use DIYCE to differentiate between high priority and low priority.
