    Default Support system Sucks

    The support system needs to be worked on and not the website the people running it the players are not getting answered back much at all weeks at a time for tickets like the credit card was being used for first time or they losing something or the game glitching and deleting it.. Frankly i am getting pissed that it takes so long for an answer from a real person than a computer that doesn't do anything for you.

    If you notice in the reply email, often you are asked to reply.
    Also, the tickets are Triaged and dealt with by priority.
    Just do not keep sending in requests because it puts you at the end of the line again.

    Why dont they work by department like password reset purchases lost items ect i have only sent one two tickets on this support system one took a month to get a big angel sigh that went off before its 24 hours and now im waiting one for not being able to buy diamonds and all day i read how long people are waiting for something it seems a little like a small fix. Oh and i have replied to it two weeks ago. i a have a feeling ROM is going to go down in players due to the costumer service we are receiving for issues with them game.

    If you haven't checked the status of your ticket in the past two weeks to see if it's still open or has been closed (usually due to the lack of a reply by the originator of the ticket), please do so. You can check the status without worrying about automatically renewing or updating the ticket, which would move it to the end of the queue.

    If the ticket has been closed, then by all means, update it and make it active again.

    Please remember that billing issues, such as yours, can not be dealt with here on the forums and must be handled by Support.

    I check everyday and i have sent 4 emails on the ticket and still nothing and i know here isn't going to get me helped but it makes it known to the Frogster that they need to act faster on issues of this matter. Or make a payment support system gm that only fixes billing problems.
