Was looking through my skills as a level 19 Champion/warrior, and noticed I have no Shield form skill?!? So I created new character, Level 1, new server, and looked for Shield form in the skill panel. STILL no shield form, Is this bugged?

Who knows? Maybe the skill comes at level 20+.

it says in a pop-up that you get it at lvl 16...it may be the reded out square on action bar...
I have no idea if it is so for this skill, But i know others require an earlier skill to be at a certain level before they become available. For instance, I believe a mages thunderstorm cannot be taken until their lightning bolt is at level 20. Conceivable to be a level 70 mage without the spell thunderstorm because you kept your Lightning at level 1 for the stun only.
No I mean I Hit k and look though EVERY single skill and can't find it not like thunderstorm. And I never got it at level 16. If anyone has any ideas PLEASE help without shield form there is no reason to be a champion.Originally Posted by Auros

I tried to talk to this guy. He has nothing to say...I'm lvl 38. Any ideas?
theres a pretty unreasonable random questline leading to it. aswell as an unobtainable title in that zone thats been the most frustrating "bug" for me ><. I have no idea what the conditions are exactly tho . i did every quest in the zone - skimming thru the text n found no real indicator to that skill - ported to varanas - did som emore questing and then went back to the npc and got it. lvl restriction is definetly below 20, guess would be 16
do we really have to turn into a giant robot in shield form, seriously?
The guy in the starting zone who tells you about it has a quest you must complete for it to become accessible in your spellbook at level 16.
