Agreed. I was so excited by the 60/660 M/P elite, then utter disappointment that the req. is impossible. 75 worldbosses, annelia, VN... yeah, maybe by ch 7... or 8...

Am cynical enough to see people looting the boss as fast as possible so the body disppears before the person who has the quest to use the item. I am still not clear on whether the person has to be part of the party/raid or if they can stand way back and try to get to the body in time after the fight has finished.
Had started the flower process with my p/w but with that elite I am thinking I would be better selling the gel on ah than bothering with the elite. Was looking forward to the m/p elite in 2 1/2 months but the more I read here the more I think why even bother with him. COMPLETELY disregard my long Fan-like post that had the annelia/vn crap in it. Thats a different item id that is not even relevant anymore, nor is it implemented.
Kill lvl 75 world bosses, use item on their body, 1 hr cd on item. Turn in with the quest you got from the OS guy, and you have your elite. NO annelia/vn/bolynthia or any of that needed. Just lvl 75 world bosses. In fact, im going to delete that previous post, since it was misinformed and incorrect.
On a side note: Reni first lvl 60 elite! *flex epeen* Advice for other druids: Get yourself either a damn good tank, or a high recon (I have an 8 and a 7, not enough at start of fight to keep boss/adds from attacking me). Because that shiznats OP. About damn time and very much deserved elite for d/s. Waited 2+ years, and it paid off.

Level 75 bosses still don't make sense for level 60 elites. Especially when you add in the rewards the bosses give, which will only make these bosses harder to get since people will be camping them. I could see doing the normal level bosses for the 60/60 (at least, before the 3 day respawn >.>), but 75? Really? Bosses that only very geared guilds can take down? Runewaker's sense of logic is astounding.
Sure, great, it's awesome for people who are already endgame and in endgame guilds that can tackle these bosses easily. Where does that leave the 90% of the playerbase that isn't geared enough to kill said bosses, especially 15 levels below them?
Elites past 50 should not be something only endgamers can attain, and considering how long it takes to grind up second and third classes without Daily Quest Tickets, it shouldn't be anywhere near as hard as the 50/50 was. While the old 50/50 was definitely a boring grind, this is just plain not doable for the majority of players.
This honestly was one of the things I was really excited about when I came back. It's sad to see how badly it was implemented.

As disappointed as I am in the implementation of this, farming the dead body of a level 75 world boss is better than being pulled on a GCH run. With the supposedly incorrect version of the item, it may take several runs to get the necessary drops. It sounds like using the item to harvest a world bosses body is a guaranteed success.
I can see the world shouts now: "WTB dead body of level 75 world boss. Paying 10 mil."

Its easy for the OPs of Reni to talk about 75 bosses, they had a glitch where dailies reset constantly, the amount of AT charges and CS items is ridiculous. If all of our servers had this we would all be running around with T11 weapons and T7-8 gear. Its easy to win when you can get thousands of tokens a day.

Do you have to be in party? Could just hang around and wait till they kill it... then run up and get your elite items. Even a lvl 60 could do that =p
